These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the services provided by Engaging Media LLC, (trading as "Creator Catalyst") referred to as "the Agency," to its clients, referred to as "the Client."

1. Services Provided

1.1.A. Content Creation Services

The Agency will create 20 short-form social media videos per month, over a 3 month period (60 unique videos at minimum), delivered as a mix of scripted talking head, interview-style clips, and cinematic B-roll with relevant text overlays.

All videos will adhere to the specified format, custom editing style, and content strategy as agreed upon with the Client, within the quality level and scope similar to the video examples seen on the Creator Catalyst website.

The content creation package and process includes:

  • Industry and competitor research for curation of script topics and interview prompts ahead of each filming session.

  • Delivery of first-draft scripts and interview questions ahead of the filming session, covering approximately three months of content. (Video duration of 30–90 seconds on average.)

  • A single dedicated filming session (3–4 hours) per quarter, organized and directed by the Agency. Depending on the Client's package, the session takes place either at a professional studio booked by the Agency, with a local videographer partner sourced and managed by the Agency (Studio package), or remotely, with the Agency directing the Client live via video call, as they conduct their recording session at home (Remote package).

  • Custom video editing according to the Client's branding, similar to the quality level and scope seen in the video examples on the Creator Catalyst website. (20 videos per month for the standard packages.)

  • Done-for-you posting of video content, including custom written captions, every weekday (20 per month).

1.1.B. Lead-Generation and Strategy Consulting

Consulting and assistance (via Slack communication and provided online video and template resources) with:

  • Launching and managing Instagram/Meta advertising.

  • Creating a long-form video assets (optional add on services available for long-form video creation.)

  • Creating the necessary messaging automations via 3rd party software, such as ManyChat.

  • Setting up integrated email marketing automations via 3rd party software, such as Kit.

1.2 Agency's Responsibilities

The Agency will:

  • Conduct industry research and prepare video scripts and interview questions in advance of each filming session.

  • Organize the filming session — for Studio clients, this includes booking the studio space and sourcing the local videographer; for Remote clients, this includes providing pre-shoot guidance and directing the session live.

  • Edit videos according to the agreed style and specifications.

  • Deliver completed scripts and edited videos in a timely manner, ensuring they are ready to be scheduled for posting in advance.

  • Perform unlimited revisions on the initial video edits, in order to establish a custom video style to the Client's satisfaction.

  • Post Client content on schedule every weekday, via the Agency's scheduling tool (unless the Client prefers to post their content themselves).

  • Offer consulting and resources on ManyChat setup, email marketing, long-form video creation, and Instagram ad strategies.

  • Communicate via Slack: the Agency will respond to all Client messages and inquiries within 12 hours (or less) during standard business hours.

  • Provide a custom Notion dashboard for the Client to facilitate script reviews and ongoing content scheduling, feedback and general management.

  • Provide monthly insights based on content performance, in order to implement ongoing improvements.

1.3 Client's Responsibilities

The Client will:

  • Review, customize and approve the first-draft scripts and interview questions provided by the Agency ahead of each filming session, within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Show up to their scheduled filming session on time, prepared, and with the wardrobe, props, and any other materials agreed in advance with the Agency.

  • Provide feedback on the first video edit within two to three days, in order to establish the Client's initial editing style promptly.

  • Ensure that all materials (script approvals, feedback) are submitted within agreed deadlines to maintain the agreed-upon posting schedule of 5 weekly videos (20 videos per month) consistently, unless an alternate, custom posting schedule is agreed upon.

2. Package Options and Payment Terms

The Client may choose from the following package options:

  1. Remote Package: [$1,650/month for 3 months, or $4,350 paid in full, upfront]
    The Agency directs the filming session remotely via video call. The client uses their own gear to film their content themselves. The recording session is designed to provide footage for 3 months worth of content. 3-month minimum commitment. Cannot be paused or cancelled during the initial three-month period.

  2. Studio Package: [$3,500/month for 3 months, or $8,500 paid in full, upfront]
    The Agency books a professional studio and a local videographer partner in the Client's city to capture the filming session in-person. The recording session is designed to provide footage for 3 months worth of content. 3-month minimum commitment. Cannot be paused or cancelled during the initial three-month period.

Both packages can be renewed for a new 3 month engagement after the initial engagement.

If for any reason the Client is unable to complete the three monthly payments they have committed to, the Client remains responsible for the outstanding balance of the initial three-month period. If payments are not made as agreed upon, the Agency reserves the right to withhold delivery of the remaining content until due payments are received.

All payments are automatically processed on the same date each month, based on the Client's initial subscription date.

3. Rights and Ownership

Client Ownership: The Client retains full ownership of all video content produced. They have the right to use, modify, and distribute the videos as they see fit.

Agency Usage Rights: The Agency reserves the right to showcase created content on its website, social media, and marketing materials, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Feedback & Revisions

The Client may request unlimited revisions within reason to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Revision requests that exceed the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges. (For example, if work is already done, reviewed and approved, and then new changes are requested at a later date.)

Delayed feedback from the Client may impact delivery timelines. The Agency is not responsible for any delays in the established posting schedule caused by the Client's inability to adhere to the above-mentioned deadlines.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Both packages are subject to a 3-month minimum commitment and cannot be paused or cancelled during that initial period.

After the initial three months, Clients may choose to renew for a subsequent 3-month engagement.

Refunds will not be issued for incomplete work due to Client-initiated pauses or cancellations.

Since unlimited revisions are offered to ensure satisfaction, all payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

If the Agency terminates the agreement, completed work will be delivered, or refunds will be issued for unfinished content.

6. Client Commitment & Expectations

The Client acknowledges that content creation is a long-term strategy and that results (such as audience growth and engagement) may take time.

The Agency is not responsible for the performance of the Client's content on social media, and does not guarantee any specific measure of social media growth, lead generation, or sales results.

It's the Client's responsibility to make an offer to the market that is sought after, to generate client results and case study material that establishes credibility for their offer, and to show up to filming sessions in such a way that they present themselves well and clearly on camera, in order for their content to perform.

For best results, the Client is expected to:

  • Maintain a long-term mindset with regards to their content strategy.

  • Provide necessary materials and adhere to deadlines.

  • Engage consistently in the script review, filming session, content review and posting process.

  • Understand that video content effectiveness depends on multiple factors beyond production alone.

  • Do their best to optimize and personalize their Instagram and other social media profiles and produce additional content for their brand beyond our done-for-you short-form videos.

7. Agreement

These Terms apply from the start date of service and will continue on a monthly basis following the initial three-month commitment period.

By submitting payment for the subscription, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
